Where We Ship

Worldwide. United States, Canada, United Kingdom, European Union, Australia, New Zealand, and most other countries. If checkout will not accept your country, email support@snapmod.shop and we will get you sorted.

Shipping Rates

United States

  • Standard (5 to 7 business days): $4.99, or free on orders over $50.
  • Expedited (2 to 3 business days): $12.99.

Canada

  • Standard (7 to 12 business days): $9.99, or free on orders over $80.
  • Expedited (3 to 6 business days): $19.99.

United Kingdom, European Union, Australia, New Zealand

  • Standard (10 to 18 business days): $14.99, or free on orders over $100.
  • Expedited (5 to 8 business days): $29.99.

Rest of World

  • Standard (12 to 25 business days): $19.99.
  • Expedited where available (6 to 10 business days): $39.99.

Customs Duties & Import VAT

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import VAT, or handling fees imposed by your destination country. These are the responsibility of the buyer and are collected by the carrier at delivery. We declare the actual product value on every commercial invoice. We do not mark packages as gifts or under-declare value.

Processing Time

All pre-orders ship within 2 to 3 business days after inventory arrives at our fulfillment center. Estimated first ship window: July 2026. You receive a tracking number the moment your label is generated.

Returns

Pre-orders: Cancel any time before your order ships for a complete, no-questions-asked refund. Email support@snapmod.shop and we process the refund within 2 business days.

After shipment: 30-day return window for defective items only. Used straps in non-defective condition are not eligible for return. We do not cover return shipping unless the item is defective on arrival.

Damaged or Defective?

Email support@snapmod.shop within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the defect. We ship a replacement immediately and send a prepaid return label for the defective unit.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once tracking shows delivered, SnapMod is not responsible for stolen packages. We will help you open a claim with the carrier. For high-value orders, we recommend selecting expedited shipping with signature confirmation.
