Pre-order shipping
Pre-orders ship July 2026, worldwide. You'll receive bi-weekly email updates on manufacturing progress and a tracking number the moment your order ships. Cancel any time before shipment for a full refund.
Where we ship
SnapMod ships globally. Most orders arrive within 3–10 business days of dispatch depending on destination.
Shipping rates
- US standard: Flat rate at checkout.
- US express: Available at checkout.
- International: Calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
- Free shipping on orders $100+ (US and international).
Duties & taxes
International buyers may owe import duties, VAT, or customs fees on delivery. These are set by your country and are the buyer's responsibility. We declare actual order value on all customs forms; we cannot mark packages as gifts.
Tracking
Every order ships with a tracking number sent to your order email. Tracking activates within 24–48 hours of label creation.
Carriers
We use USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL depending on destination. The exact carrier appears on your shipping confirmation.
Refunds & Returns
Pre-order cancellation
Cancel your pre-order any time before it ships for a full, no-questions-asked refund to your original payment method. Email support@getsnapmods.com with your order number. Refunds typically post within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or defective
If your strap arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a free replacement or full refund. Email us a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll send a prepaid return label.
Change of mind returns
Don't love it? You have 14 days from delivery to return an unworn, undamaged strap in its original packaging for a refund minus original shipping. Return shipping is at the buyer's cost.
Non-returnable
- Straps that have been worn or modified.
- Items missing original packaging or insert card.
- Bundles where individual straps are missing or damaged at return.
Refund timing
Once we receive your return, we'll inspect and process within 3 business days. Your bank may take an additional 5–10 business days to post the refund.
International returns
International buyers are responsible for return shipping, duties, and any customs fees on returned items. We refund the product cost only, not original duties or shipping.
