This site, getsnapmods.com, is operated by SnapMod (the "Company," "we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using the site, you (the "customer," "you," "your") agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to purchase from this site. If you're under 18, you may only use the site with a parent or guardian's involvement.

2. Pre-orders

SnapMod products are sold as pre-orders during the pre-launch period. By placing a pre-order, you authorize SnapMod to charge your payment method at the time of order. You may cancel any pre-order before it ships for a full refund. Ship dates are estimates; we'll notify you of any material delay.

3. Pricing & payment

All prices are in USD unless noted. Prices and availability can change at any time before your order ships. Sales taxes and duties are calculated at checkout or on delivery depending on your destination.

4. Product compatibility

SnapMod products are designed to be compatible with the Swatch x Audemars Piguet Royal Pop pocket watch. SnapMod is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Swatch Group Ltd. or Audemars Piguet. "Royal Pop," "Swatch," and "Audemars Piguet" are trademarks of their respective owners, referenced solely to identify product compatibility (nominative fair use). We make no warranty about how a third-party product (your watch) interacts with our accessory; install at your own risk.

5. Warranty

SnapMod straps carry a 6-month manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accident, abuse, or third-party modification. To file a warranty claim, email support@getsnapmods.com with your order number and photos.

6. Intellectual property

All site content, including logos, text, images, designs, and code, is owned by SnapMod or its licensors and protected by U.S. and international IP law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any of it without written permission.

7. User conduct

Don't use the site to violate laws, infringe others' rights, spam, scrape, or otherwise interfere with normal operation. We reserve the right to suspend or ban any account that does.

8. Disclaimer

The site and products are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnapMod disclaims all warranties not expressly granted in writing. We don't guarantee uninterrupted site access, error-free operation, or that the products will meet every customer's expectations.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnapMod's total liability to you for any claim arising from the site or a SnapMod product is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of laws. Any dispute is heard exclusively in the state or federal courts of Dallas County, Texas.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.
