1. Agreement

By accessing or using snapmod.shop (the "Site") and placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to place an order.

3. Products

SnapMod produces aftermarket watch accessories. All products are independent designs not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third-party watch manufacturer. See our trademark disclaimer below.

4. Pre-Orders

Pre-ordered items have an estimated ship date displayed on the product page. Ship dates are estimates, not guarantees. You may cancel any pre-order before shipment for a full refund. See the Pre-Order Policy.

5. Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed in US dollars. We accept Shopify Payments (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay) and PayPal. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including suspected fraud.

7. Intellectual Property

All Site content (logos, copy, product designs, photography) is owned by SnapMod or used with permission. Do not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially use without written permission.

8. Trademark Disclaimer

SnapMod is an independent aftermarket accessory brand. SnapMod is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Swatch Group Ltd. or Audemars Piguet. "Royal Pop," "Swatch," and "Audemars Piguet" are trademarks of their respective owners, referenced solely to identify product compatibility.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnapMod is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site or our products. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes

We may revise these Terms. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
